Meet Jasmin

Jasmin Asgarali is a wellness speaker with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Texas Woman’s University and 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 8 years in corporate wellness.

She began her career in 2014 as a personal trainer in commercial fitness before transitioning into corporate fitness, where she spent over 6 years supporting employees at a major financial firm. That experience gave her a front-row view into the stress, pressure, and high-performance demands many professionals face in their day-to-day lives.

Today, Jasmin combines education, guided breathing, and simple movement to help employees reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, improve clarity, and build healthier daily habits. Her sessions are practical, accessible, and designed to help people turn intention into action — both in the workplace and in their everyday lives.
