What It Is
Jasmin leads a one hour presentation on the power of planning your weeks. She provides a practical tool called “The Grid” to help people disengage from their phones and start putting pen to paper. Each person leaves with a packet to help them plan the month ahead to set themselves up for success. She believes that if people take control of their time then time will stop taking control of them.

Who It Serves
This workshop was crafted for those who are ready to take the steps to better themselves. Jasmin believes that the path to self-improvement starts with being intentional with your time. So many of us are rushing through our days just to get to the next task which has now resulted in a global health crisis of constant stress. That’s no way to live - Jasmin’s mission is to help people live their absolute best lives.

What You Get
Each audience participant receives a six-page packet to help themselves plan their weeks and month ahead. Four categories of wellness are discussed so individuals can prioritize the one they feel is most important to improve their productivity. The presentation also informs people on how they can change their thinking so they actually execute on tasks instead of being stuck in procrastination.
